Qu’est-ce qui a changé par rapport aux scrutins précédents ? – questions à quoi se cantonnent, pour l’essentiel, les commentaires et les analyses dont ont fait l’objet les différents scrutins qui se sont succédés tout au long des trois dernières décennies. L’objet du texte est, à propos de la façon dont se pose la question de la participation électorale des coptes, d’interroger les règles du jeu politique lui-même, règles du jeu qui auront fait l’objet d’une remise en cause généralisée par l’ensemble des protagonistes à l’occasion des deux scrutins présidentiel et législatif de la fin de l’année 2005. « (Verlagsbeschreibung) | ||
